Submission Checklist
The following is a list of items required to process your loan. The more of the following information you can provide, the faster LendAmerica Financial can react to your loan request.
- Complete Submission Form.
- Proof of Funds (Copy of Bankstatements, Investment Accounts, Escrow Letter).
- Copy of Executed Sales & Purchase Contract, REO & Short Sale Approval.
- Digital Color Photos of the Subject Property & sales comparables or full appraisal.
- Complete 1003 Credit for all Applicants & Asset verification.
- Proof of Employment (Copy of recent Paystub or last Tax Returns).
- Full tri Merge Credit Report.
- Rent Roll or Lease Agreements if Income Producing Property.
- If Corporate Title, resolution from company authorizing purchase.
- If Corporation, one house per corporation.
- Affidavit showing that only one house per corporation will be encumbered.
- If Commercial Deal, Phase 1 Environmental Report may be required.
